What is TPE
TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is a rubber having a high elasticity, high strength, high elasticity, but also has the characteristics of injection molding of the material. Eco-friendly non-toxic safe, wide range of hardness, excellent coloring, soft touch, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, excellent processing performance, not curing, can be recycled to reduce costs, both the second injection molding, and PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS and other adhesive coated substrate can also be formed separately.
Thermoplastic elastomers with both thermoplastic processing performance, but also has the physical properties of vulcanized rubber, plastic and rubber can be described as a combination of advantages advantages. Thermoplastic elastomers are wantonly originally occupied territory belongs only vulcanized rubber.
TPE (Tetraphenylene) is a classic AIE (Aggregation Induced Emission AIE) molecules, ie no fluorescence in solution, but the solid but there is a strong fluorescence quencher molecule with the traditional gathering just the opposite, so the organic photoelectric materials and other areas has important applications, but also more and more cause for concern.

What is outsole of shoes

  • What is outsole
  • In modern times, theshoe solesused in a track shoe has a plastic plate molded within it. This makes it possible for the athlete to switch out the spikes on the bottom of the shoe as necessary for each specific track event. The shoe soles was originally made of either rubber or leather, and was modified as necessary in order to suit the wearer’s needs. A running shoe to be used for a track event, for example, typically had an shoe soles containing numerous nails driven into the bottom in order to provide traction. .
  • Theshoe solesis the portion of an athlete’s shoe that functions primarily as a means of providing traction. In addition, theshoe solesreduces the amount of wear endured by the shoe’s midsole. As a result, theshoe solesalso increases the overall durability of the shoe.
  • In addition, early basketball players did not fully realize the importance of traction in the game of basketball when it comes to pivoting and running. The first basketball shoe was made with a rubber compound that gave the shoe a certain amount of cushioning. Unfortunately, this material had a tendency to wear out easily. The basketball shoe also benefits from the use of an shoe soles.

Do you know what is TPU soles?

  • Do you know what is TPU soles?
  • The soles of the men’s model Hamburg dark red and Leverkusen have a deeper tread for an even more secure footing.

TPU soles are shock-absorbing, hard-wearing and very long-lasting. They are also particularly environmentally friendly in terms of manufacturing: any remains can be melted down again and fully used up. Once processed, the soles are extremely wear-resistant and act to support every step.
  • Manufactured from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) – and naturally CFC-free.

  • And the feature of Eva are;Water resistance: closed cell structure, non-absorbent, moisture, water resistance is good.Corrosion resistance: resistant the sea water, oils and fats, acid, alkali other chemicals, corrosion, anti-bacterial, non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting.Processing: no connection, and easy pressing, cutting, gluing, laminating and other processing.Anti-vibration: resilience and tensile strength, high toughness, good shock cushioning.Insulation: insulation, thermal insulation and cold temperature performance, may be resistant to cold and exposure.Sound insulation: Closed foam sound insulation. EVA sole is very commonly used for middle sole of shoes part, The rubber sole material can be classified into natural rubber or synthetic rubber
  • The advantages of natural rubber is that it is very soft, very good flexibility, suitable for all kinds of sports, but the drawback is also very obvious that is very wearable. Indoor sports shoes with natural rubber.
We can always see the sports shoes ,basketball shoes and indoor football shoes coach shoes are made of rubber outsoles.

Removable out soles for shoes

Written by
A shoe with amazing outsole, destined for use as a tourist , army, even work shoe. It is basically comprised of an upper portion (the shoe itself) to which the uppersole is permanently attached in some manner, a removable set of connector rods.
The uppersole on it's bottom portion has a tread with a set of openings. On the upper portion of the outsole there is a tread with a similar set of openings, fitting exactly into the space between the openings of the uppersole. Set of lightweight, inexpensive and easy to carry outsoles with many different configurations of the bottom assure good traction in any condition in which the shoe may be worn. Once the outsole is worn out, it is a easy, and inexpensive procedure to take it.The two interlock to form a complete sole. Horizontal openings or bushings are placed in straight lines the length of the sole. Removable connector rods are then placed into these openings or bushings, providing a secure attachment for the outsole.

What is non marking outsole

Written by

WHAT IS NON-MARKING OUTSOLE

Shoe soles that leave marks are damaging to floors. Hard, stiff soles are often the culprit when it comes to scuff marks and lines on wooden, concrete or tiled floors. It is important to know whether or not your shoes have non-marking soles before you enter certain environments. For instance, some gymnasiums may not welcome you unless you wear shoes with non-marking soles.

HOW TO CHECK THE NON-MARKING OUTSOLES

Instructions
1
Flip the shoe over so the sole is facing up. Press your thumbnail or fingernail into the sole. See if the sole is dented from the pressure. If the sole is dented momentarily, the sole is considered soft and non-marking.

Hold the shoe in your hand, with the sole facing down. Place a piece of clean white paper on a hard surface, such as the floor. Rub the sole of the shoe against the white piece of paper with force, but do not tear the paper. Look for a scuff mark on the paper. If you see a scuff mark, you do not have non-marking shoes.

Write with the heel of the shoe at the sole on another piece of plain white paper. Draw a line with the heel on the paper, and examine the paper for a marking. If you do not see a marking, you have non-marking soles.
